Send your design files, tech pack or reference photos. We review fabrics, trims and construction details and confirm feasibility within 24 hours.

Sampling & development
Pre-production samples are ready in 5–7 working days. Review by photos or physical samples — we revise until you are fully satisfied.

Bulk production & shipping
Bulk production takes 15–25 days after sample approval, with 100% inspection before dispatch by DHL, air or sea freight.

Quality check & delivery
Each garment is checked for measurements, workmanship and packing to international standards, with full tracking until delivery.

Polo Shirt & Knitwear Manufacturing — Common Questions
What is your MOQ for polo shirts and knitwear?
Our minimum order starts at 50 pieces per style for in-stock designs and 220 pieces for fully custom production. Sizes and colors can be mixed within one order.
Can you produce custom designs with our own logo and branding?
Yes. We work as an OEM/ODM manufacturer from your tech pack, sketch or reference sample, applying your branding through embroidery, printing, heat transfer or woven labels.
How long do sampling and bulk production take?
Samples are ready in 3–7 working days, and bulk production takes 15–25 days after sample approval, with 100% inspection before dispatch.
What fabrics can you work with?
We source pima and Supima cotton, organic cotton, recycled polyester, nylon-spandex blends and other functional knits from qualified mills, with fabric test reports available on request.
Can we visit your factory before placing an order?
Yes. Our Dongguan plant welcomes buyer visits — book through the factory visit page and we will arrange a full production-line tour. Video audits are also available if you cannot travel.
How do you control product quality?
We run ISO 9001-based quality management with in-line checks at every production stage and a 100% final inspection before packing.
